The working force of ATS includes the following: Maintenance Department:Includes about 80 fields service engineers and technicians. Have central workshops throughout Egypt as Follows: Ismailia, Shebin Elkom, Zagazig, Alexandria, Mansoura, Portsaid, Fayoum, Menya, Assiout and Qena. This workshops compress a great lot of stocks of spare parts. They are highly qualified expertise in electronics, communications and machines that take progressively more responsibility for client care in a supervised environment.Sales Department:Includes around 20 sales representative. They are very skill in their career, which is very essential for handling their duty to gain the satisfaction, trust, and friendship of the clientele.Their goal is to outline what they hope to accomplish, in other words, surveillance of the market searching for the needs of their clients to make certain they receive the best options, the best service and high quality performance. They are good source of information, in the mean time, examine the requirements and demands of the customers in which they are interested.
